resident half man, half horse, jules tognini is a household name in the cutting world and the evo world alike. he drinks salty dog for breakfast and hits a flat white to start his day. he’ll show you how to chop ze hair in simple sections and explain the best way to tackle a bowl of pasta and a bowl of ice cream combined. he’s been awarded australian educator of the year 6 times.
